Chief Delivery Officer

Oversee large multidisciplinary teams, major budgets, and a complex portfolio of digital services used by millions. Drive transformation to agile, product-centric delivery, improve performance and resilience, and champion innovation.

Build strong partnerships across government and suppliers to deliver efficient, secure, and continuously improving digital services that meet user and business needs.\nYour responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:\n * Lead DVSA’s Digital & Data delivery function, setting strategy, vision, and direction\n * Deliver large-scale, user-focused digital services used by millions annually\n * Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and analysis\n * Manage significant budgets and complex delivery portfolios\n * Drive transformation to agile, product-centric and continuously improving ways of working\n * Ensure reliable, secure, and resilient live digital services with strong performance outcomes\n * Build strategic relationships across government, suppliers, and senior stakeholders\n * Champion innovation, modern technologies, and data-driven decision-making to improve service\nGreat line management is important to us as an organisation, and we will equip and support line managers to develop the skills they need.
